How to investigate the effectiveness of a motor learning strategy on optimising performance.
This presentation demonstrates the application of key senior physical education motor learning theory within the framework of the stages of inquiry to investigate the effectiveness of a motor learning strategy (Units 1, 3 Topic 1; Project-folio). Specifically, the presentation will use the research studies to demonstrate the application of steps to investigate a research question.

Constraint lead approach in IA1s
This session will work through the IA1 folio assessment process within a school based context. Development of GPAIs, analysis of primary data to ascertain tactical issues, devising and justifying the development of a constraint lead approach (CLA) through to evaluating the outcomes and limitations of the devised CLA. Ensuring teachers can set up a learning environment that maximises student outcomes whilst meeting syllabus requirements in both version 1 and 2 of Senior PE (2019).

Applying learnings to own context
This session will allow teachers to work in small groups to begin planning resources, and teaching and learning strategies that can be applied from the learnings earlier in day.
