Climbing and balancing.jpg

Over 50 schools participated in the 2018 HPE Week celebrations. Our supporter RHSports, put together a fantastic program of daily activities, featuring skipping, basketball and cardio circuits. Some schools also opted to put together their own programs. Highlights from these included Alpha State School's Human Hungry Hippo Game, Varsity College's 12 Basketball Free-throw Challenge and Marsden State High's Spotlight on alumni working in the HPE field.

We were blown away by the enthusiasm and originality of the participating schools this year and we are very pleased to announce the winners of the RHSports $200 equipment vouchers and ACHPER QLD Professional Development prizes.

The winners of the RHS $200 Voucher are: Mundubbera State School P10; Marsden State High School; Border Rivers Christian College; Canterbury College and Oakey State High School

The winners of the free registration to an ACHPER QLD Professional Development Event are: Bray Park State High School; St John's Catholic School, Roma; Varsity College; Whitsunday Christian College; Alpha State School and Whites Hill State College.
